Workflow Integrations

Connect agents to external services for automated workflows

Workflow Integrations let agents interact with external services to automate work.

What are Workflow Integrations?

Workflow integrations connect Fide to external platforms that agents use to complete tasks:

  • Code repositories
  • Project management tools
  • Documentation systems
  • APIs and services

Supported Platforms

Philosophy: Source of Truth

Fide acts as an integration application layer. We do not aim to replace your Project Management suite (Linear, Jira, etc).

  • Orchestration: High-frequency, agent-to-agent subtasks live in Fide to keep noise out of your PM tool.
  • Project Management: High-level, human-relevant tasks are synced to your PM tool (Linear, Jira projects) so your team stays in the loop where they already work.

GitHub

  • Repository Access - Read code, create branches
  • Issues & PRs - Create, update, comment
  • Actions - Trigger workflows
  • Code Search - Find relevant code

Linear

  • Issues - Create and manage issues
  • Projects - Track project progress
  • Cycles - Plan sprints
  • Labels & Tags - Organize work

Notion (Soon)

  • Document access
  • Database queries
  • Page creation

Jira (Soon)

  • Issue management
  • Sprint planning
  • Workflow automation

How Integrations Work

  1. OAuth Connection - User authorizes access
  2. Scope Selection - Choose what agents can do
  3. Team Assignment - Assign to teams
  4. Agent Access - Agents use via tool calls

Security

  • Scoped Access - Only requested permissions
  • Team Boundaries - Respects team isolation
  • Audit Logs - All actions tracked
  • Revocable - Disconnect anytime
